It was with a bittersweet heart that we bid farewell to New Zealand — a land that had, in just a matter of days, left an indelible mark on the souls of our students. As they prepared to board their flight back to Hong Kong, there was a quiet but unmistakable shift in the air; these were no longer the same young individuals who had arrived with uncertainty in their eyes.

Throughout their time here, our students blossomed in ways that no classroom could have fostered. They grew more responsible, more self-aware, and above all, more willing to embrace the unfamiliar. New Zealand offered them experiences far beyond the reach of their everyday lives in Hong Kong — and they rose to meet every single one of them.

It was not without hesitation. At first, there were nerves, reluctance, and the natural fear of stepping into the unknown. Yet with a little encouragement and a great deal of courage, they chose to step boldly beyond their comfort zones, surrendering to the journey and trusting in the process. And what followed was nothing short of remarkable.

The joy on their faces at the end said everything words could not. The laughter, the pride, the quiet confidence — it was all there. We have no doubt that the memories forged on this trip will be held close to their hearts for the rest of their lives, a treasured reminder of the moment they discovered just how capable they truly are.
