English Department

 

The English Department at Aberdeen St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School aims to help students develop language, interpersonal, and 21st-century skills through engaging learning experiences. Programs like Reading Across the Curriculum (RaC) encourage critical thinking and knowledge application. Collaborations with educational partners, including EdUHK and the NET Section, enhance innovative teaching and learning. The English Drama Team earned multiple awards at the Drama Festival from 2023 to 2025. Events such as English Fun Day promote joyful communication in English and community engagement, fostering creativity, confidence, and positive values among students for meaningful lifelong learning.
